Celebrating 23 Years - filming the IGL Retriever Championship!

Paul started filming the Championship in 1990 at Lundie, Scotland,

after being given permission by the IGL Secretary.

My father Roly French had qualified for the 4th time, this time with

Tecraf Sparkler and I wanted to record it for him.  Unfortunately he was

unwell and did not compete, but I decided to go ahead with the filming,

ever since then I have filmed the Championship.

Paul French Video evolved - since then Paul and Jeannine have built

a reputation for filming and production of interesting and informative

gundog films, taking pride in the production of professional gundog

training films with top gundog handlers, who are known for their achievements in the Field.

We film the IGL Retriever, English Springer Spaniel, Cocker Spaniel, Irish AV Spaniel, Pointers & Setters Championships

annually, increasing our extensive library of recorded history, supporting and promoting the sport.
